摘要
利用扫描电镜、XRD及硬度测试,研究热处理工艺对SF9V高速钢的组织及性能的影响规律。结果表明,经喷射工艺制取SF9V高速钢组织均匀,晶粒细小,为晶粒尺寸15μm的等轴晶,无宏观偏析现象;热处理之后的SF9V高速钢组织主要有铁素体、碳化物及回火马氏体;试验钢的硬度随着回火次数的增加而降低;由于析出较多的碳化物,SF9V高速钢基体中的固溶体中的含碳量下降,降低了二次硬化的效果。
SEM, XRD and hardness tests are used to analyze the influence of heat treatment process on the microstructures and mechanical properties of SF9V high speed steel. The results show that the SF9V steel prepared by spraying forming technique has a very uniform microstructure and very fine equiaxial grains. The average grain size is around 15μm, and no elements segregations is observed; after heat treatment, the phases in SF9V mainly consists of ferrite, carbides and tempering martensite; the hardness of the steel decreases with the increase of tempering times; due to the precipitating a large amount of carbides, the carbon content of solid-solution in the steel decreases, and secondary hardening effect decreases.
