摘要
通过硬度测试和TEM,分析分级淬火对6061铝合金的淬火敏感性的影响规律。结果表明,6061合金的鼻尖温度在350℃附近,位于鼻尖温度附近的中温区具有很强的淬火敏感性,温度区间为225~450℃;在高温区和低温区采用较小的冷却速率,中温区采用较大的冷却速率对其进行淬火处理,降低其淬火内应力并保证其力学性能满足要求。
The quenching sensitivity of 6061 aluminum alloy after step quenching were analyzed using hardness test and TEM. The results show that the nasal tip temperature of 6061 aluminum alloy is around 350℃, and alloys qtlenching at that temperatures have very high quenching sensitivity; Reducing quenching rate at high and low temperature region but increasing quenching speed at medium temperature region in Time-Temperature-Property curve (TTP) can reduce alloy quench stress while maintaining alloy mechanical properties.
