摘要
杂草种子是除草剂筛选的重要靶标,但其休眠性对靶标的周年培育和批量供应带来了困难。通过综述国内外关于杂草种子休眠与萌发调控方面的研究进展,主要包括杂草种子休眠原因及其解除技术、植物激素对杂草种子休眠和萌发的影响、贮藏方法对杂草种子休眠与萌发的调控作用等,旨在找到简易有效的解除杂草种子休眠的途径。
Weed seed is an important target for screening of herbicides,but the dormancy of weed seed caused difficulties for anniversary cultivation and bulk supply.This paper reviews the research progress about reg-ulation of weed seed germination and dormancy,mainly includes the reasons of weed seed dormancy and dorman-cy-breaking technology,influence of plant hormone to dormancy and germination of weed seed,regulative function of storage methods on weed seed germination and dormancy,etc.,which aims to find a simple and effective way to break the dormancy of weed seed.
