摘要
目的探讨64排螺旋CT脑表面重建技术在婴幼儿脑外间隙增宽中的应用价值。方法对我院20例婴幼儿在头颅CT平扫中发现脑外间隙增,然后行脑表面重建,获得脑表面解剖结构图像。结果通过脑表面重建技术,可以更直观地显示患儿额颞顶部脑外间隙的增宽以及邻近脑沟脑回的立体结构,清晰显示脑表面血管走形情况。结论利用脑表面重建技术,可以更为直观地显示脑外间隙增宽的解剖位置,对脑解剖形态具有一定的研究价值。
Objective To assess the application value of cerebral surface reconstruction technique using 64‐slice spiral CT in infant extracerebral space .Methods We collected 20 cases of infants ,who were found extracerebral space widened in axis images .Then cerebral surface reconstruction was used to acquired cerebral surface anatomy structure images .Results In contrase to routine axix images ,the cerebral surface reconstruction technology can be more intuitive to display the anat‐omy of broadening in frontotemporal and parietal extracerebral space and adjacent sulci and gyri .Conclusion The surface reconstruction technique can intuitively display the anatomical location of extracerebral space widened ,which has certain value for study on cerebral anatomy .
