膀胱充盈状态及硝苯地平对CT泌尿系造影的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨硝苯地平及膀胱充盈度对CT泌尿系造影(CTU)检查中集合系统显影度的影响。方法将120例患者分为4组。组1、2患者全程憋尿,组3、4患者实质期扫描结束后立刻排尿;组2、4患者检查前15min舌下含服硝苯地平片20mg。分析比较4组间集合系统显影长度、管腔内CT值及管腔扩张度。结果组3、4中、下段输尿管显影长度优于组1、2(P<0.05);组3、4膀胱内对比剂均匀充填率高于组1、2(P<0.05),且前者CT值高于后者(P<0.05)。结论CTU检查前排空膀胱较膀胱憋尿更能提高输尿管中下段及膀胱显影度。CTU前舌下含服硝苯地平片不能提高输尿管中下段显影度。 Objective To evaluate the effect of nifedipine and bladder urine volume on opacification of the collecting systems at CT urography(CTU).Methods A total of 120 patients were divided averagely into four groups at random.The patients were prohibited from voiding in group 1and 2,while kept emptying the bladder immediately after nephrographic phase scanning in group 3 and 4.Sublingual nifedipine before the examination was prescribed for those in group 2and 4.Opacification scores,CT attenuation and internal diameter were compared among four groups.Results Opacification of middle and distal ureters in group 3and 4was statistically higher(P<0.05)than that in group 1and 2.Homogenous opacification and CT attenuation of urinary bladder was significantly higher(P<0.05)in group 3and 4than that in group1 and 2.Conclusion CTU performed with a voiding bladder enabled much better opacification of collecting systems than done with a full distended bladder.Sublingual nifedipine before the examination did not improve opacification.
