水平旋喷桩软弱土层隧道预加固效果分析 被引量:9

Analysis of Tunneling Sub-horizontal Jet-grout Columns Reinforcement Effect in Soft Soil

摘要 基于福州市某隧道工程实例,应用有限元模拟方法,研究有无水平旋喷桩加固两种工况条件下,掌子面应变、隧道初支与旋喷桩受力情况。结果显示,旋喷桩加固工况中,掌子面塑性应变、衬砌轴力明显小于无旋喷桩工况。隧道开挖过程中旋喷桩主要产生纵向挠曲变形,上部荷载主要由旋喷桩拱脚传递至下部围岩。旋喷桩施作范围下的初支轴力为未施作旋喷桩工况下的46%,旋喷桩承担了上部围岩大部分荷载,加固效果明显。 Based on the tunnel engineering in Fuzhou, the data obtained by FEM is used to investigate on settlement of surrounding rock, strain of tunnel face and force of tunnel primary support, under sub- horizontal jet-grout columns reinforced and unreinforced conditions. The results show that, under the condition of the sub-horizontal jet-grout columns reinforces, settlement of arch crown, plastic strain of face reinforced area and force of lining are obviously smaller than the condition that unreinforced. During the course of the tunnel excavation, the sub-horizontal jet-grout columns mainly happen to bend in the longitudinal direction. The load above is transferred to the surrounding rock through the sub-horizontal jet-grout columns. While under reinforced condition, the value of force is 46% of the value of force under the unreinforced condition. The sub-horizontal jet-grout shell above tunnel vault hears the most upper rock load. The reinforcement effect is significant.
