摘要
以Pd为活性组分,Ag为助剂,Al2O3为载体制备了Pd-Ag/Al2O3碳二前脱丙烷前加氢催化剂,并模拟某工厂碳二前脱丙烷前加氢工业反应器进料组成,在工业侧线装置上,采用三段绝热反应器串联流程,对自制的Pd-Ag/Al2O3催化剂与国外同类进口剂进行了2000 h长周期性能对比考察,结果表明:自制剂在加氢活性及稳定性与进口剂相当的条件下具有更加优异的加氢选择性,工业应用前景良好。
Pd-Ag/Al2O3 catalyst for C2 front-end depropanizer front-end hydrogenation was prepared by traditional wet impregnation with Pd as active component, Ag as additives, Al2O3 as carrier. In the sideline unit with three adiabatic reactor in series process, simulate feed composition of one factory industrial reactor, a home-made Pd-Ag/ Al2O3 catalyst and similar foreign import one for 2000 h long cycle performance was comparison, the results showed that the hydrogenation activity and stability of home-made catalyst was equivalent to similar foreign import one, and selectivity was better than that of contrast one.
