摘要
本文透过川盐济楚,从川盐破岸行楚的艰辛、清政府对盐业的苛刻管控、地方政府对入楚食盐的厘课博弈、清中央政府盐政改革的被动和迟滞等视觉解析出近代中国经济转型中面临的制约因素:国内统一市场形成艰难;经济活力培育困难;商品跨区域运销阻力重重;中央政府经济统筹协调作用发挥失效。
Through the relieving of Sichuan salt to Chu, the hardships on the Sichuan＇s salt broken shore to Chu, harsh control of the salt industry by the Qing government, tax games on salt entered Chu by the local governments, passivity and delay of the Qing central government＇s administrative reform on salt, the article analyzed the restraining factors faced in Modem Chinese economic transition： the difficulty of the unified domestic market formation; the hardness of economic vitality cultivation; the obstacles of transportation and commodities sales across regions; the failure of economic planning and coordination of the central government.
