摘要
以48个大豆品种为材料,对供试品种的株高、主茎节数、茎粗、分枝数、有效分枝数5个株型性状和株生物量、主茎荚数、单株荚数、百粒质量、虫蚀数、单株粒数、单株产量7个产量性状与产量间的关系进行相关分析和主成分分析。结果表明,株型性状与单株产量的相关性从大到小为茎粗、有效分枝数、株高、分枝数和主茎节数;产量性状与单株产量的相关性从大到小为株生物量、单株粒数、单株荚数、虫蚀数、主茎荚数和百粒质量;48个供试品种的12个指标中可提取出前4个主成分,这4个主成分为产量因子、株型因子、籽粒因子及籽粒因子Ⅱ,各株型性状与产量性状在不同主成分中的贡献不同。
Forty-eight soybean varieties were taken as test materials. The five plant shape traits including plant height, main stem node number, main stem thickness, branch number, and valid branch number and seven yield traits such as plant mass, main stem pod number, pods per plant, 100-seed weight, pest-bitten seed number, seeds per plant, and yield per plant were researched by correlation and principal component analysis. The results showed that the order of correlations between plant shape traits and yield per plant from highest to lowest was found to be main stem thickness, valid branch number, plant height, branch number, and main stem node number. The order of correlations between yield traits and yield per plant from highest to lowest was found to be plant mass, seeds per plant, pods per plant, pest-bitten seed number, main stem pod number, and 100-seed weight. Four principal components could be extracted from the twelve indexes of the forty-eight varieties, they were yield factor, plant shape factor, seed factor, and seed factor Ⅱ. Contributions of plant shape traits and yield traits were different in different components.
