摘要
评价鳄鱼肉的安全性和营养性,为进一步开发新的保健食品提供理论依据。方法首先对鳄鱼肉营养成分做了系统的分析,表明含有18种氨基酸和多重矿物质维生素,其中9种为人类必须氨基酸。通过对其营养成分和食用方法的分析,全面了解了鳄鱼肉的安全性和功效性。结论鳄鱼肉具有一定的功效性和安全性,可将其用于保健食品的研究开发中。
The crocodile meat composition has made the system analysis , show that contains 18 kinds of amino acids and multiple minerals and vitamins , including 9 kinds of human essential amino acids. The nutritional components and analysis of edible method , a comprehensive understanding of the safety and efficacy of crocodile meat, the crocodile meat with efficacy and safety, which can be used for the research and development of health food.
