摘要
目的探讨含有黑老虎提取物护肤品的临床美白效果。方法采用无创性仪器检测的方法,对23名受试者持续8周外用护肤品的美白效果进行分析。无创性检测的主要功效参数为面部肤色(色斑部位&无斑部位)、皮肤光泽度和皮肤弹力。结果使用测试产品8周后,受试者左、右两侧面部色斑部位和无斑部位的肤色均有显著改善(P<0.001)。左、右两侧色斑部位8w时的L*平均值较0w(55.26/54.76)有明显上升,增幅分别为4.56%和5.68%;左、右两侧无斑部位8w时的L*平均值较0w(60.46/60.37)也有上升,增幅分别为2.68%和2.70%。左、右两侧面部皮肤弹力较0w均有显著改善,改善幅度分别为7.62%和4.72%,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。左、右两侧皮肤光泽度的改善差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论含黑老虎提取物护肤品可以有效提亮、均匀面部肤色,增强皮肤弹力,且具有较高安全性。
Objective To investigate the whitening effect of essence product with Kadsura coecinea extract. Methods Total 23 subjects receive treatment for eight-week were included in this study. Skin tone, skin elasticity and skin gloss of both half-face were evaluated as main reference parameters using several bioengineering instruments. Results After eight-week application of test product, L ＊ value of blemish site of two face- side increased by 4.56% and 5.68%, respectively while L ＊ value of normal skin increased by 2.68% and 2.70% when compared to baseline （ 0w）, which were all of great statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Skin elasticity of two face-side was improved significantly （P 〈0.001 ） when compared to base- line （0w） and the improving rates were 7.62% and 4.72% ,respectively. However,there were no notable improvement observed on skin gloss after eight-week treatment （P 〉 0.05 ）. No adverse effect was ob- served during this study. Conclusion The essence product with Kadsura coccinea extract can effectively improve skin tone, skin lightness and skin elasticity after eight-week application without adverse effect.
