摘要
提高高校图书馆馆员的科研能力 ,是新时期图书馆工作职责的需要 ,是搞好为教学科研服务的需要 ,是提高馆员业务素质的有效途径。图书馆应采取多种措施 ,促进馆员科研能力的提高 ,推动图书馆科研工作的开展。
The enhancement on librarians' ability in scientific research is the requirement of the responsibility of college libraries in new period, a demand of proveling better services for teaching and scientific research, and also an effective way to improve the quality of librarians. So, it is necessary to take several measures to strengthen librarians' ability in this research so as to propel the research work forward.
