摘要
航海仪器研究所某惯性导航系统用底座铸件是系统的关键承载部件,采用国内不常用的ZL424铸造铝合金浇注成型,在长时间、低载荷模拟受力环境运行过程中,经常开裂。本文通过系统的研究,找到了造成其开裂的原因,改进了工艺,提高了铸件成品率。
The base casting which casted by gravity casting using the casting of aluminum alloy numbered ZIA-24 not customary in domestic for an inertial navigation system is the key bearing component.ln simulated stress environment, the base casts often crazed in a long time,low load operation process.Through systematical study,we found the cause of crack,then improved the princess,finally improved the survival rate of castings.
