摘要
目的：分析和研究健康指导在临界高血压患者中应用效果。方法选取2010年1月-2014年11月我院临界高血压患者126例，将其按投币随机法分为干预组63例与参照组63例。参照组患者给予常规指导；干预组患者在此基础上给予健康指导，将两组患者干预半年后的效果进行对比。结果干预组患者干预后的血压水平值及体重指数均低于参照组，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论健康指导在临界高血压患者中应用效果良好，在确保患者遵医行为提高的基础上，改善了患者血压水平和体重，避免病情加重。
ObjectiveTo analyze and study guide application results in healthy patients with borderline hypertension. Methods January 2010 - 2014 in November in our hospital 126 cases of patients with borderline hypertension, which according to the coin randomly divided into two groups with 63 cases in the control group 63 cases. The control group of patients treated with conventional guidance; observation group were given health guidance on this basis, the two groups of patients six months after the intervention were compared.ResultsThe blood pressure and body mass index values were observed in patients with the intervention group than the control group after the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion In patients with borderline hypertension health guidance applied to good effect, in ensuring compliance of patients improved on the basis of improved blood pressure levels in patients with body weight, help prevent high blood pressure increased.
