摘要
目的探讨心脑血管疾病患者预后中凝血功能检验的临床价值。方法随机选择90例脑出血患者,入院后均检测各项凝血功能指标,若≥3个指标且比正常值增加或降低30%为观察组;反之为对照组。结果对照组凝血功能各指标改变、死亡率、病残率均优于观察组(P<0.05)。结论凝血功能检验对于评估心脑血管疾病患者预后结果具有重要的意义。
Objective To explore the prognosis of patients with disease of heart head blood-vessel of the clinical value of blood coagulation function test.MethodsRandomly selected 90 patients with cerebral hemorrhage, were testing the function of blood coagulation indexes after admission, if three or more indicators than normal increased or decreased by 30% for the observation group, Instead of the control group. ResultsThe index change control clotting function, mortality and disabled rate were significantly superior to observation group （P〈0.05）.Conclusionthe blood coagulation function test for evaluating the prognosis of patients with disease of heart head blood-vessel results have important signiifcance.
