摘要
目的观察不同药物方案治疗急性甲基苯丙胺中毒的临床临床治疗效果。方法选取武汉大学基础医学院2008年8月至2013年5月收治的急性甲基苯丙胺中毒患者150例。根据治疗方案不同分为甲、乙、丙组3组,每组50例。甲组患者采用酸化尿液治疗,乙组患者采用利尿、排便治疗,丙组患者采用利尿、纳洛酮、醒脑静治疗,3组患者均连续治疗2周。比较3组患者不同治疗方法治疗后意识、运动、心率恢复时间及后遗症发生率。结果甲、乙、丙组的意识恢复时间、运动恢复时间、心率恢复时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且丙组患者意识恢复时间、运动恢复时间、心率恢复时间均短于甲组和乙组(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组患者后遗症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论治疗急性甲基苯丙胺中毒的最佳治疗方案为在常规中毒治疗基础上采用纳洛酮和醒脑静治疗,其能缩短患者临床症状的恢复时间,取得较理想的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different drug therapies for acute methamphet-amine intoxication.Methods A total of 150 patients with acute methamphetamine intoxication admitted in College of Basic Medical Sciences,Wuhan University from Aug.2008 to May 2013 were selected,and divided into group A,B,C,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with acidified urine,patients in group B received diuretic, defecation treatment,while patient in group C were treated with diuretic,nalox-one,and Xingnaojing,all the patients were treated for 2 consecutive weeks.The recovery time of conscious-ness,movement,heart rate and incidence of complications of the three groups were compared .Results There was statistically significant differences of recovery time of consciousness ,movement,and heart rate among the three groups（P〈0.05）,and those of group C was less than groups A and B （P〈0.05）.After treatment, the incidence rates of sequelae of the three groups had no statistically significant differences （ P〉0 .05 ） . Conclusion The best treatment plan for acute methamphetamine intoxication is the application of naloxone and Xingnaojing therapy on the basis of conventional poisoning treatment ,it can shorten the recovery time of clinical symptoms of the patients and achieve better therapeutic effect .
