摘要
宫颈癌是妇科最常见的恶性肿瘤,占女性生殖系统恶性肿瘤的首位。近十多年来,随着内镜医疗器械及内镜技术的不断改进与完善,腹腔镜手术治疗宫颈癌已显示出良好的应用前景。腹腔镜在宫颈癌的手术治疗及分期方面与传统的开腹手术一样都可以达到相同的治疗效果,其优势越来越受到妇科医师的广泛关注。
Cervical cancer is the most common gynecological malignancy , which tops the list of the female reproductive system cancers.Over the past decade,with the continuous improvement and perfection of endoscopic medical devices and endoscopic techniques ,laparoscopic surgery has shown a good prospect in the treatment of cervical cancer.Laparoscopic and traditional open surgery can achieve the same therapeutic effect in the staging and treatment of cervical cancer ,so it has been drawing more and more attention of gyne-cologists due to its advantages.
