摘要
目的总结白血病患者造血干细胞移植手术后的有效护理干预对帮助患者减轻病痛和减少并发症的临床意义。方法选取行造血干细胞移植手术的住院患者30例,其中男性患者18例,女性患者12例,临床观察并将护理结果加以整理和总结。结果所选的30例患者在术后仅有1例出现感染,其余29例术后未出现并发症及严重的不良反应。结论科学、系统的护理干预能促进患者术后尽快康复,防止术后并发症的发生,缩短患者的康复时间。
Objective To help leukemia patients alleviate pain and reduce complications in patients with clinical significance of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation effective nursing intervention after surgery. Methods A total of 30 hospitalized patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplant, including 18 cases of male patients,female patients 12 cases,clinical observation and nursing col ate and summarize the results. Results Only one case of postoperative had infection,the remaining 29 cases were not severe complications and adverse reactions. Conclusion The scientific and systematic nursing intervention can promote the rehabilitation of patients after surgery as soon as possible to prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications, shorter recovery time of patients.
