摘要
目的：分析研究手术治疗结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌的临床效果。方法随机选取2013年3月～2015年1月本院收治的10例结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌患者作为研究对象，所有患者均进行手术治疗，并对本组患者的临床诊疗资料进行回顾式分析。结果本组患者中6例显效，3例有效，1例无效，治疗总有效率为90.0%。结论依据结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌患者自身的病情特点，采取适合的手术方式进行治疗，临床效果十分显著。
Objective To analyze the study surgical treatment of nodular goiter with thyroid cancer clinical results. Methods Randomly selected from March 2013 to 2015 January 10 cases of nodular goiter thyroid cancer patients were admitted to hospital as an object of study,al patients underwent surgery,and clinical diagnosis data in this group of patients were retrospective analysis. Results The patients in six cases were cured,3 cases effectively,one case was invalid,the total effective rate was 90.0%. Conclusion According to goiter nodular thyroid cancer patients on their il ness characteristics,to take the appropriate surgical treatment,the clinical effect is very significant and rapid postoperative recovery.
