摘要
目的：探讨奥美拉唑在胃溃疡合并出血治疗中的应用体会。方法选取2013年11月～2014年11月我院接诊的45例胃溃疡合并出血患者，按照入院的先后顺序分为两组，实验组24例和对照组21例，实验组采用奥美拉唑药物，对照组采用法莫替丁，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率、止血时间、复发率及不良反应的发生率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论奥美拉唑在胃溃疡合并出血治疗中的效果显著，有效提高患者的治疗总有效率，降低复发率和并发症的发生率。
Objective To explore experience of omeprazole application in the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with hemorrhage. Methods We chose 45 patients of gastric ulcer complicated with hemorrhage who were treated in hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 and separated them into two groups according to their hospitalization sequence with 24 patients in study group and 21 patients in control group,patients in study group were given omeprazole medication treatment,while patients in control group were given famotidine medication treatment,and then compared treatment effects between two groups. Results Patients’treatment efficacy,hemorrhage-stanching time,il ness reoccurrence and side-effect incidence in study group were much more favorable than counterparts in control group,there was a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Omeprazole is of efficacy in the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with hemorrhage,it is conducive to improving patients’treatment efficacy and reducing il ness reoccurrence and complication incidence.
