摘要
目的探讨实施专人化健康教育模式对白内障患者焦虑抑郁的影响。方法选取在本院接受治疗的白内障患者78例,将其分为接受专人化健康教育的实验组39例和接受常规健康教育的对照组39例,评估2组心理焦虑、抑郁状态和疾病不确定感,并对2组主要症状改善有效情况进行比较分析。结果教育前实验组与对照组SAS评分、SDS评分相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组教育后SAS评分、SDS评分分值与本组教育前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组教育后SAS评分、SDS评分分值与同时期对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组教育前后患者的疾病不确定感比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而对照组教育前后疾病不确定感无显著差异(P>0.05);实验组教育后主要症状改善总有效率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对白内障患者实施专人化健康教育,可有效降低患者的焦虑、抑郁水平,减轻疾病不确定感,改善临床症状,促进其快速康复。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized health education on anxiety and depression of cataract patients.Methods A total of 78 cataract patients in our hospital for treatment were divided into experimental group with 39 cases accepting individualized health education and control group with 39 cases accepting routine health education.Mental anxiety and depression as well as uncertain feeling of two groups were assessed,and the improvement of major symptoms for two groups was comparatively analyzed.Results There were no significant significances in SAS scores and SDS scores before health education in the two groups(P〈 0.05).The differences in SAS scores and SDS scores of two groups after health education was statistically significant than that before the education(P〈 0.01).The SAS scores and SDS scores after education in the experimental group showed significant differences than that in the control group of the same period(P〈 0.01).The disease uncertainty in the control group showed no significant differences before and after the education(P〈 0.05).The total efficacy of symptom improvement in the experimental group after the education was better than that in the control group,which showed a statistically significant difference(P〈 0.01).Conclusion Individualized health education effectively reduces the level of anxiety and depression in cataract patient,alleviates the uncertainty of disease and improves the clinical symptoms so as to promote its rapid recovery.
