摘要
目的:探索强肾片对地塞米松致大鼠骨质疏松的影响。方法:建立糖皮质激素骨质疏松模型,测定强肾片给药后,骨密度,骨的生物力学等指标的变化。结果:强肾片能增加地塞米松骨质疏松模型大鼠股骨的骨密度和骨矿含量,降低血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶和酸性磷酸酶水平,增加尿磷排泄量和尿磷与肌酐的比值,降低羟脯氨酸与肌酐的比值,增加股骨的抗弯强度和最大弯曲力,增加胫骨骨小梁平均直径,使骨小梁结构趋于正常。强肾片125mg/kg起效,125~500mg/kg均产生显著效果。结论:强肾片对地塞米松大鼠骨质疏松有对抗作用。
Objective: Search the effect of Qiang Shenpian on osteoporotic model induced by dexamethasone in rats. Methods: Dexamethasone rats model were introduced in the experiment. And the multi-sites bone index that can synthetically reflected bone intensity,bone desity were used as parameters afer Qiangshenpian was administrated. Results: Qiangshenpian could increase bone dencity of femur caused by dexamethasone. It could also ameliorate the macrostructure of trabecular bone of tibia. The levels of serum phosphorus,serum alkaline phosphatase and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase,serum osteocalcin were returned closely to the normal levels. The excretion of urinary phosphorus induced,and urinary ca / cr,urinary Hpro / cr was rebounded. Above function were got at the dose of 125 mg / kg,it was conformed the function from 125 to 500 mg / kg doses. Conclusion: Qiang Shenpian have the anti-osteoporotic effect in dexamethasone rats.
