摘要
川气东送管道工程是国家“十一五”重点工程，具有投资大、建设周期短、地形复杂施工难度大等特点，项目监理任务艰巨。本文通过介绍项目监理招投标、管理模式，希望能为今后类似工程项目的监理管理者提供借鉴。
The gas transmission pipeline project from Sichuan province to east is one of the national “eleven five” key proje- cts. It has the characteristics of large investment, short constr- uction period, complex terrain and difficult construction, so the project supervision is arduous. This article introduced project supervision bidding and management mode, hoping to provide a reference for similar project supervision management in future.
