摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展以及人们生活水平的提高，在一定程度上促进了建筑行业的不断发展。然而，在建筑行业不断发展的过程中，其造价方面的影响也日益的明显。因此，必须要对其影响原因进行分析，并且找出相应的措施，以此来解决工程造价过程中出现的问题。
The continuous development of our economy and the improvement of people＇s living level, to a certain extent, promoted the development of construction industry. However, during the continuous development of the construction industry, its cost has more increasingly obvious influence. Therefore, we must analyze the causes of impact, and find out the correspo- nding measures, so as to solve problems in the process of engineering cost.
