摘要
目的观察三妙汤加减内服外洗治疗单纯性膝关节滑膜炎226例的临床效果。方法对2008年1月至2012年12月用三妙汤加减内服外洗治疗单纯性膝关节滑膜炎226例患者的临床资料和治疗结果进行总结分析。结果治愈148例,好转76例,有效率为99.1%。有4例1年后对侧发病经治疗未再复发。结论三妙汤加减内服外洗治疗单纯性膝关节滑膜炎疗效满意,简便易行。
Objective To observe clinical effect of Sanmiao Tang subtraction internal and external treatment of simple synovitis of knee joint in 226 cases.Methods In January 2008 to December 2012,we summarized and analysed the clinical data and treatment results of Sanmiao Tangsubtractioninternalandexternalintreatingsimplesynovitisofkneejointin226patients.Results 76caseswereimproved,the effective rate was 99.1%.There were 4 cases which relapsed again a year later were received this treatment, and never recrudesce. Conclusion Sanmiao Tang subtraction internal and external treatment of simple synovitis of knee joint has good effect ,and is simple.
