摘要
以NiCr合金为电极,在TA2表面通过电火花沉积技术制备了NiCr合金强化涂层,用显微硬度计考察了涂层的断面显微硬度.并通过扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)等表征了涂层的微观结构。结果表明:涂层主要由NiTi2,Cr4Ni15Ti,Cr1.75Ni0.25Ti及NiTi等相组成,涂层厚度约为40-70μm,涂层与基体形成了良好的冶金结合。涂层显微硬度高达HV620,涂层具有较好的耐磨性。
NiCr coating on pure titannium(TA2) was deposited by electrospark deposition using the NiCr electrode,the microhardness had been studied by micro-hardness tester,the microstructure had been studied by scaning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersion spectrum(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that the coating contained several phases like NiTi2,Cr4Nil5 Ti,Crl.75 NiO.25Ti and NiTi.The thickness of the coating was about 40 ~70 μm,good metallurgical combination between coating and substrate appeared.The microhardness of the coating had reached up to HV620,the coating had good wear resistance.
