摘要
跨专业综合实训是高职院校经管类专业教学改革和课程建设中的新兴课程,也是经管类专业实践教学的发展趋势。高职院校经管类专业应构建跨专业人才培养模式与课程体系,建立跨专业综合实训教学平台,加强跨专业综合实训师资队伍建设,完善教学管理和考核评价体系,不断提升学生的职业能力和岗位迁移能力。
Trans-major comprehensive training is a new type of course in the reform of teaching process and course system for economy management majors in senior vocational colleges, which is the trend for the development of the practical teaching of the majors. We should build trans-major talent cultivation mode and course system, set trans-major comprehensive training platform, strengthen teaching staff for training courses, perfect teaching management and evaluation systems, so as to improve students＇ professional competence and transformation competence between different posts.
