摘要
为探索引起黑木相思组培苗玻璃化的因素,研究了NH4+、6-BA、蔗糖、琼脂浓度、光照周期和封口材料对黑木相思组培苗玻璃化的影响。结果表明:NH4+、6-BA、蔗糖、琼脂浓度以及光照时长对黑木相思组培苗玻璃化均有显著影响。黑木相思最适宜NH4+浓度为15.6mmol·L-1,6-BA适宜浓度为0.1~0.3mg·L-1,蔗糖适宜浓度为30g·L-1,琼脂适宜浓度为5.2g·L-1,光照时长应不低于11h。封口材料的透气性对黑木相思组培苗玻璃化无显著影响。
In order to explore the influence factors of inducing vitrification of Acacia melanoxylon,the effect of NH4 + , 6-BA,agar and sugar concentration, photoperiod and sealing materials on vitrification of Acacia melanoxylon was studied. The results showed that NH4 + ,6-BA,agar and sugar concentration,photoperiod had significant effect on vitrification, while sealing material had no obvious effect on vitrification of Acacia melanoxylon. The appropriate concentration of NH4 + was 15. 6 mmol . L-1, 6-BA was 0. 1 -0. 3 rag. L-1, sugar was 30 g.L-1 ,agar was 5.2 g.L-1. The light duration was not less than 11 hours.
