摘要
为了探索施用外源植物生长调节剂后对水稻产量及灌浆结实期叶片保护酶活性的影响,以象牙香占与增城丝苗为实验材料,在水稻破口期喷施赤霉素(GA处理)、芸苔素内酯(BR处理)溶剂和喷施清水处理(对照处理,CK)。结果表明:与喷施清水(CK)相比,GA和BR处理均能提高象牙香占与增城丝苗的产量,增产幅度GA处理为15.98%、4.83%,BR处理为6.48%、9.78%;GA与BR处理水稻在灌浆结实期叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于CK处理;GA与BR处理在水稻灌浆结实前期(齐穗后10d)过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性与灌浆结实后期(成熟期)过氧化物酶(POD)活性高于CK处理;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在整个灌浆结实期均比CK处理高;GA与BR处理在灌浆结实后期可溶性糖含量显著高于对照,且在成熟期各处理均表现为急剧升高。本试验表明,叶面喷施一定浓度的植物生长调节剂可提高水稻叶片的保护酶活性及水稻产量。
In order to explore the effects of the foliar spray exogenous plant growth regulators on the yield and flag leaf protective enzyme activities during filling stage,in this experiment,two rice varieties( Xiangyaxiangzhan,Zengchengsimiao) were used as tested materials,and a field experiment was conducted by spraying gibberellin( GA treatment),Brassinolide( BR treatment) solvent and water( CK) in rice breach period. The results showed that compared to spraying water( CK Treatment),the rice yield was increased by GA and BR treatments,the rice yields of Xiangyaxiangzhan and Zengchengsimiao with GA increased by 15. 98 % and 4. 83 %,respectively,and with BR significantly increased by 6. 48 % and 9. 78 %,respectively; In the whole period of filling stage,Malondialdehyde( MDA) contents of GA and BR treatments were significantly lower than that of CK treatment; Catalase( CAT) activity during the early filling stage( 10 days after heading stage) and Peroxidase( POD) activity during the late filling stage( Maturity) of GA and BR treatments were higher than that of CK treatment; Their superoxide dismutase( SOD) of GA and BR treatments was highly active than that of CK treatment during the whole period of filling stage. In the late filling stage,the soluble sugar content of GA and BR treatments were higher than that of CK treatment and showed a sharp rise in maturity. It was concluded that a certain concentration of foliar plant growth regulators application could improve the rice yield and protective enzyme activities in filling stage.
