摘要
中国国家公园系列在近30多年的发展中已逐步形成了各专类公园规划规范。由于规划体系不健全仅停留在总体规划层面而难以指导国家公园系列的整体发展。中国的国家公园系列可按联合国教科文组织世界遗产类型归类规划规范,形成为自然型、文化型和文化景观型国家公园3种类型的规划规范,并通过设定省域国家公园体系规划、国家公园总体规划、国家公园项目规划、国家公园近期与年度执行计划4个层次的规划以及完善规划管理制度,通过科学规划与制度管理走一条中国国家公园发展之路。
China national park series in nearly 30 years of development has gradually formed the theme park planning regulations. It＇s difficult to guide the overall development of the national park series by the unsound planning system which just remains at the level of the master plan. According to UNESCO＇s world heritage type, the planning regulations of China national park series can be classified into three type planning regulations, i.e., natural, cultural and cultural landscape type China national park planning regulations. And by setting the provincial national park system planning, national park master plan, national park project planning, the short term and the annual implementation plan of four levels of planning, and improve planning and management system, through scientific planning and system management take a Chinese national park development road.
