物资材料管理是工程项目管理的重要事项,应加强计划,优化采购、供应、配置方案,严格采购程序,规范采购行为,加强核算、周转、现场检查及规范管理,及时办理签证及变更手续,加强物资材料管理队伍建设。
Material management is an important matter of en-gineering project management. We should strengthen the pla-nning, procurement, supply, optimize configuration, strict pro-curement procedures, standardize the purchasing behavior, str-engthen inspection and standardize the management of accou-nting, turnover, site, visa and change procedures, strengthen the construction of material management team.
