摘要
桩的负摩阻力是在欠固结地基上修建建筑物所必须考虑的问题。本文对某工程开裂变形的原因进行分析，揭示了桩的负摩阻力是引起该工程开裂破坏的主要原因。希望能对其他类似工程起到一定的借鉴作用。
Negative friction of piles is a problem must be con-sidered during the construction of building on unconsolidated foundation. This paper analyzes the cause of the cracking defo-rmation of engineering, revealing that negative friction of piles is the main cause of crack. The author hopes this study wil co-uld do wel to other engineering example.
