摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展和人们生活水平的提高，建筑项目工程规模不断扩大，建筑质量要求也不断提高。笔者结合自身的工作经验，分析了现如今建筑施工质量管理的必要性，并针对其中存在问题提出了相应的解决措施。
With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, construction project scale expands unceasingly, and the requirements of construction quality are also rising. The author unifies his own work experience, analyzing the necessity of construction qu-ality management, and puts forward relevant solving measures according to the existing problems.
