摘要
新能源建筑的技术发展在世界范围内成为了一种潮流，以美国、日本、德国为代表的各个国家在太阳能利用、核能利用等方面走在前列。新能源在资源利用中的比例较大，我国在这方面的发展迅速，但总体来看，依旧任重道远。
The development of new energy technologies buil-ding has become a worldwide trend. Various countries as USA, Japan, Germany, are representatives in solar energy utilization, the proportion of new energy in the use of resources is larger, so our development in this area is quickly. But on the whole, it stil has a long way to go.
