摘要
当前，施工企业在发展过程中面临着很多法律问题，特别是合同管理中的法律问题。因此，有必要采取措施对其进行防范。本文分析了施工企业合同管理中的法律风险，并提出了有效的防范措施，希望促进施工企业的发展。
At present, the construction enterprises confront many legal problems in the process of their development, esp-ecial y the legal issues in contract management. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures for its prevention. This paper anal-yzed the legal risk of contract management of construction enterprises, and put forward some effective prevention meas-ures, hoping to promote the development of construction en-terprises.
