摘要
随着城市建设的蓬勃发展,城市中新旧区域的差距越发明显,城市中的一些具有历史文化遗迹的旧区出现自身活力丧失,逐渐衰败等问题。因而城市复兴成为当今世界城市发展研究的热点,在城市复兴理论不断探索发展的过程中,越来越多的方式被实践,而文化作为一种重要的城市复兴策略,也被越来越多地采用。文化是城市有别于他种文化的最小单位,是一个城市的灵魂和内涵。根据城市历史发展、地域特点对城市文化进行定位,才能塑造城市个性,增强地区的吸引力。以实际项目案例抛砖引玉,探讨如何以文化引导地区的复兴,塑造地区的特色,延续地区的历史文脉,达到"城市复兴"。
With the development of city construction,the gap between the old areas and the new ones is increasingly obvious,and some of the historic areas have lost their energy. Urban regeneration has become a hot spot of the research on the development of world city. As the urban regeneration theory continues to develop, an increasing number of ways,among which is culture,have been put into practice.Culture is the smallest unit which can tell one city from the others and it's the soul and meaning of a city.We should position urban culture according to the urban historical development and geographical characteristics,so as to shape the urban persnality and enhance the regional atrractiveness.In this project case,the author discuesses how to guide the regional redevelopment,shape the regional feature and recontinue the historical context of the region,so as to achieve the aim of urban renaissance.
