It＇s not just a tool, but also a new way of working： Reducing waste in the construction industry through IT applications and in- novative business structure, then reducing construction carbon emission. Development of IT propels the changing of architec- tural creations to architectural innovation, intelligent construction into smart construction. Technology-driven development of low-carbon. Along with technology progression, low-carbon Building comes out and Low-carbon technology will overthrow the industrial civilization model based on Fossil fuels. It also brings a brand new revolution of energy utilization.
