摘要
建立兆瓦级风力发电机组偏航过程动力学模型和偏航齿圈与塔架法兰处螺栓联接三维模型并运用Hypermesh软件处理,在ABAQUS中建立螺栓接触模型,取预紧力为屈服极限σp0.2的60%~80%对螺栓联接偏航过程静力学性能进行分析。研究结果表明:通过对比不同预紧力工况下得出的应力强度与疲劳强度,提出可供参考的预紧力Fv取值范围;当且预紧力为0.7σp0.2时,螺栓及其连接件应力应变最理想,在仅受预紧力和加载极限载荷后最大应力分别为712.5 MPa和733.4 MPa,工作应力下的安全系数SF=1.28,满足强度设计要求,为该兆瓦级风力发电机组偏航齿圈螺栓联接及其他连接系统的应力强度校核、疲劳分析等提供参考,便于进一步优化设计。
In order to develop a kind of heat pipe exchanger used for exhaust energy recovery of air-conditioning system, one kind plate pulsating heat pipe was designed and experimentally investigated. The influence on heat transfer performance of cold and hot length ratio, working liquid, filling ratio and inclination angle was analyzed under the effect of forced air convection cooling conditions. The results show that the heat pipe has the best heat transfer performance when the ratio of cold length and hot length is 6:4, heat transfer performance is better when the working liquid is acetone rather than water, and the effect of inclination angle is very small. Heat pipe has the highest heat transfer performance and the lowest starting temperature when the working liquid is acetone and the filling ratio is 20%, which can be used to exhaust energy recovery of air-conditioning system.
