摘要
全球化带来全球产业结构的全面调整。1970年代以来,因为信贷极度扩大、过度杠杆操作,以及美国消费者超前消费,加上人口红利尚未用完,全球出现持续蓬勃的发展,金融资本主义也因而全面扩张,成为主导全球经济与社会发展的基本要素。然而,过去世代和当前世代预支了未来世代的可支配所得。借来的繁荣,到了2008年金融风暴前夕,终于无法再持续下去。全球总合需求缺乏,去杠杆化、去全球化、监管强化构成了"新常态"的基调。养老基金等金融资本希望解决延长寿命后老年人口的退休生活,但因为提拨不足,加上主权债务危机,以及人口老化和少子化的结构性问题,未来都将面对"世代斗争"的严重问题。
Globalization has brought about a comprehensive adjustment of industrial structure worldwide.Due to the extreme credit expansion,financial over leverage,deficit spending of the American consumers and the remaining demographic dividend,the global economy has,since the1970 s,been developing continuously and the finance capitalism has also expanded thoroughly,which has functioned as the dominating elements of the global economic and social development.However,the previous and current generations have used the disposable income belonging to the next generation,and the prosperity 'we borrowed' from future generations eventually plummeted just shortly before the financial crisis of 2008 hit hard.Insufficiencies for global demand,financial de-leverage,deglobalization,and closer scrutiny have set a new normal tone.Financial capital like pension fund is planned to be used for planning life after retirement as a result of longer life expectancy.However,lack of funding,sovereign debt crisis and structural problems caused by population ageing and low fertility will lead to the future generations struggling and fighting for their future.
