摘要
目的：探讨辽宁省农村和城镇孕前人群的健康检查和高风险评估情况。方法选取辽宁省2013年1-12月参加免费孕前优生健康检查的208019名农村和城镇夫妇作为研究对象，比较农村和城镇的检查结果和高风险率。结果农村孕前人群的常规体格检查、生殖系统检查、白带常规、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体、血清葡萄糖、肝功能、乙肝五项、肾功能、妇科超声检查结果和高风险发生率与城镇孕前人群比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论根据农村和城镇孕前人群的不同健康状况，制订有针对性的宣教措施，以降低本省的出生缺陷发生率。
Objective To explore the health inspection and risk assessment of rural and urban pre-pregnancy people in Liaoning province. Methods 208 019 rural and urban couples participated in the free pre-pregnancy health inspection from January 2013 to December in Liaoning province were selected as the research object.The inspection result and high-risk rate between the rural and urban people were compared. Results The inspection result of routine physical ex-amination,reproductive system examination,pre-pregnancy check leukorrhea routine examination,Gonococcus,Chlamydia trachomatis,serum glucose,liver function,renal function,five items of hepatitis B,gynecological ultrasound examination between the rural and urban pre-pregnancy people was compared respectively,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The educational measures should be developed according to the different health status of rural and urban pre-pregnancy people in order to reduce the occurrence rate of birth defects in our province.
