摘要
针对塑料异型材挤出定型模结构复杂、设计工作量大和准确性难以保证的问题,以UG软件为平台,运用Visual Studio和面向对象的编程技术,开发了塑料异型材挤出定型模CAD系统。该系统通过定型模智能分节技术快速设计定型模型腔,采用工艺结构分块技术对草图进行分组并记录特征,利用基于重用库的水气路设计技术,自动生成定型模冷却和真空吸附结构,最终成型出完整的定型模结构,有效提高了定型模设计效率。
In order to improve the issues that the structure of plastic profile extrusion cali- brator was complex, the design workload of tooling was heavy and the accuracy was diffi- cult to guarantee, a CAD system for plastic profile extrusion calibrator was developed based on UG software platform and the application of Visual Studio and the programming technology faced to object. The system can rapidly design the calibrator cavity through in- teUigent segmentation technology, and group the sketch and record its characteristics by process structure block technology.Finally, the integrated structure of a calibrator was ob- tained by the application of water and gas path design technology based on reusable li- brary to automatically generatethe cooling and vacuum adsorption structure of the calibra- tor.
