摘要
目的探讨实习护士职业防护存在的问题及应对策略。方法对我科120例实习护士进行职业防护问卷调查,通过对调查数据的分析,提出应对策略。结果受调查实习护士的职业防护知识与技能较差,存在职业感染的危险性,经过培训教育与指导之后职业防护方面的知识掌握程度与防护措施显著提高。结论针对实习护士职业防护意识较差,知识缺乏,措施不到位的现状,建议应加强实习护士职业防护培训教育与指导;同时医院应提供齐备的防护用具,建立完善的职业暴露报告系统,从而降低实习护士的职业暴露率,减少职业伤害的发生。
Objective To explore the practice nurse by several protection problems exist, and then put forward the practice nurse occupation protection strategies, Methods 120 cases in our department practice nurses related content occupation protection conducted a questionnaire survey,through the analysis of survey data,put forward the concrete practice nurse occupation protection strategies. Results the survey practice nurses after a safety training before th. occupation protection knowledge and skills are poor, there is the risk of occupation infection, after training and guidance of occupation protection knowledge level and protective measures to significantly improve. Conclusion the practice nurse occupation protection consciousness is poor, the lack of knowledge, current measures are not in place, should strengthen the practice nurse occupation education and guide the protection training, at the same time, the hospital should provide protective equipment are complete, the establishment and perfection of the occupation exposure reporting system, thereby reducing the practice nurse occupation exposure rate, reduce the occurrence of occupation harm.
