摘要
目的：观察盐酸戊乙奎醚麻醉前用药对小儿麻醉恢复期的影响。方法：选取2013年11月~2014年10月在我院进行腹腔镜隐睾手术治疗的患儿200例,按照随机分组的方式分为A组（盐酸戊乙奎醚）100例和B组（阿托品）100例。收集两组患儿用药前、用药后10min、20min、30min的平均动脉压（MAP）、心率（HR）、收缩压×心率（RPP）、体温（T）、VAS评分情况以及两组患儿麻醉苏醒时间、拔管时间、复苏室停留时间等数据,并进行统计学分析。结果：两组患儿在用药前HR、MAP、RPP、T数据比较无明显差异,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。在用药后A组与用药前比较数据差异不明显,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。而B组HR、MAP、RPP、T值均较用药前有所升高,数据比较差异明显,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患儿用药后VAS评分均较用药前降低,但是两组比较数据差异不明显,无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组患儿的麻醉苏醒时间、拔管时间、复苏室停留时间A组明显小于B组,数据比较差异明显,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：盐酸戊乙奎醚作为小儿麻醉前用药在麻醉效果方面和阿托品相当,而在麻醉恢复阶段较为有利于患儿的苏醒,值得临床推广。
Objective： Effects of encyclopedic hydro chloride deprecation in pediatric anesthesia recovery period. Methods： November 2013 to October 2014 for one year at our hospital for children between hypothyroidism macroscopic surgery 200 cases, according to randomized divided into Group A （HCl penehyclidine） 100 cases and B group （atropine） 100 cases. Two groups of children were collected before treatment, after treatment, 10min, 20min, 30min mean arterial pressure （MAP）, heart rate （HR）, systolic blood pressure ＆#215; heart rate （RPP）, temperature （T）, VAS score, as well as two groups of children anesthesia time, extrication time, recovery room residence time and other data, and statistical analysis. Results：The two groups in the before treatment HR, MAP, RPP, T data showed that the difference between, was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The difference in A after the treatment group before and after treatment to compare data is not obvious, is not statistically significant（P〉0.05）. While in B group, HR, MAP, RPP, T values were compared with that before treatment was increased, the data difference, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Two groups after treatment VAS score decreased, but compared to the data difference between the two groups was not obvious, is not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The anesthesia recovery time, extrication time, recovery room for two groups of children with residence time in A group was significantly less than group B, data difference, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Encyclopedic hydro chloride as deprecation in pediatric anesthesia anesthetic effect and atropine effect quite, but in anesthesia recovery stage more conducive to children wake up, is worth the clinical promotion.
