摘要
目的调查护理本科男生的社交能力状况并探讨其影响因素。方法应用青年学生社交能力评定问卷和自行设计的社交能力影响因素问卷,对171名护理本科男生进行调查。结果护理本科男生社交能力得分(138.66±10.85)分。社会洞察力因子得分最高,人际管理能力因子得分最低。自觉学习和社交的重要性、年龄、身体健康状况是社交能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论护理专业本科男生社交能力处于中等水平,教育者应鼓励男生在注重学习的同时,加强社交能力和身体素质的培养,全面提升其综合能力。
Objective To investigate the level and influence factors of social competence among male undergraduate nursing students. Methods A total of 171 male undergraduate nursing students were investigated using the Young Students＇ Social Competence Questionnaire and a self-designed influence factors questionnaire. Results The score of social competence of male undergraduate nursing students was（138.66 ±10.85）. Social insight got the highest score,while interpersonal management ability got the lowest score. That self-perception of the importance of learning and social competence,age and health condition were significant influence factors of social competence. Conclusion The social competence of male undergraduate nursing students is at moderate level. Nursing educators should pay more attention to the training of male under-graduate nursing students＇ social competence and improve their comprehensive abilities.
