摘要
职业学校创新文化建设对于培养新时期高素质技术人才具有举足轻重的现实意义。职业学校非常重视创新文化的实践活动或创新文化建设,不断深入推进职业教育人事制度、教育教学制度及人才培养模式改革,激发师生创新活力,有力推进了创新文化建设的进程。
Vocational innovative culture construction is of great realistic significance to cultivating high-quality technical talents in the new era. Vocational schools attach great importance to the innovative culture practice or construction. Vocational education personnel system, teaching system and talent training mode reform have been advanced to stimulate the teachers and the students innovative vitality, which vigorously promote the process of innovative culture construction.
