介绍了施工过程中索赔的类型,对引起索赔的原因进行了分析,并对索赔的依据和程序进行了研究,同时结合具体的索赔案例作了阐述,以做好施工中的索赔工作,更好的维护施工单位的利益。
The paper introduces the claim types in the construction process, analyzes the reasons for claims, researches their references and pro- cedures, and illustrates the claim cases, so as to do well in the claims and maintain the benefits of construction unit in a better way.
