摘要
简述了铝及铝合金中Fe、Si元素的危害作用,并分别讨论了氧化铝、炭素阳极、铝电解和铝合金熔铸生产过程中控制Fe、Si元素含量的工艺技术和管理手段。指出:在冶金和熔铸生产过程中采取有效措施,可将Fe、Si杂质元素含量控制在较低水平,为生产高品质铝及铝合金产品提供良好条件。
Harmful effect of ferrum and silicon in aluminium and aluminium alloys was introduced briefly. Technology condition and production management in processes of alumina, carbon anode and primary aluminium, smelting and casting were discussed. It is pointed out that effective measures in metallurgical and casting process would reduce content of ferrum and silicon, and provide good conditions for high-quality production of aluminium and aluminium alloys.
