摘要
随着城市的不断发展,热岛效应加重,极端气候条件逐年恶化,城市防洪问题日趋严重。传统的防洪堤虽能抵御洪灾,但影响了亲水性,降低了城市滨水区景观质量。针对城市堤防与城市滨水区景观相矛盾的问题,提出了新型悬挂式防洪堤,该型式防洪堤不仅结构简单,运行安装方便,还能在一定程度上减少城市占地。最后利用三维有限元软件分析了新型悬挂式防洪堤的静力特征,说明了其理论合理性,对今后的防洪堤建设有一定指导意义。
With the development of city, the urban heat island effect is keeping on strengthening, and the extreme weather condition is worsening year by year. The urban flood control is increasingly serious. Traditional flood embank ment is able to solve the problem of flood control, but it not only affects the requirement that people enjoy the waterfront landscape, but also reduces the quality of urban waterfront landscape. In view of the problem that the city flood control and urban waterfront landscape is contradictory, this paper designs and develops a new type of hanging flood embank- ment, which is not only easy in structure and convenient in operation and installation, but also reduces the urban land oc- cupation to a certain degree. Finally, three-dimensional finite element software is used to analyze the static characteristics of new hanging flood embankment and its theoretical rationality is illustrated, which has a certain guidance to construction of flood embankment.
