摘要
本文通过技术经济比较,论证了使用工业汽轮机拖动引风机在电厂中应用的可行性。基于350MW等级火电机组的实际设计数据,进行收益分析计算,可以节省年费用260万元,标煤按照375元/吨,投资回收年限约为8年。可以有效提高电厂的经济效益,实现节能降耗。
This paper demonstrates the feasibility of adopting steam turbine driven induced draft fans in power plant by technology and economic comparison. Based on actual design data for a typical 350MW unit, the profit analysis calculation was accomplished. By adopting steam turbine driven ID fans, the reduced annual cost is about 2.6 million Yuan. By the calculation of standard coal price 375 Yuan/ton, the investment cost recovery period is about 8 years. This can effectively improve the economic benefit of power plant and reduce energy consumption.
