摘要
日益增长的数据对决策支持系统做出快速、正确的决策提出了挑战,快速响应市场需求成为企业领导做出营销决策的重中之重。为解决传统营销决策支持系统在辅助企业进行营销决策时缺乏处理海量非结构化数据能力的问题,文章利用云计算技术超大规模、资源池化以及泛在互联等的特点,提出了一种基于云计算的营销决策支持系统架构,将营销决策支持系统的问题处理系统、数据仓库布置在云端,利用云计算技术强大的计算和存储能力,对企业营销决策支持提供更好的支撑,也为决策支持系统的开发提供了一种新的思路。
Rapid growth of database renders tremendous challenges of timely and correct response of Decision Support System, which also serves the most significant function in the producing of marketing strategies. In order to solve the hindrance of traditional marketing decision support system in assisting enterprises marketing decision for the lack of enormous non-structured data. A research of marketing decision support system frame based on the characteristics of cloud eomputing's mega scale and resource pooling is put forward in the paper, which arranges the problem-processing system and data warehouse in clouding and utilizes the mega store and computing capacity of cloud computing to generate better decisions for enterprises marketing strategies. What's more, it also provides a brand new approach of developing the Decision Support System. Hopefully, by proper arranging and analyzing of relevant datla and crucial figures, we will be able to cultivate more profit and vitality for enterprises.
